  1. Pick up a hobby – Take care of Plants, start baking, Learn to cook,  do crochet, start cross stitching, paint with numbers, whatever you do,  use time to be do the things you were not able to focus on before the lockdown.
  2. Staying positive – What you consume, consumes you. Listen to motivational podcasts, read positive news, find inspiration in helping others. Connect with a positive and strong support group – reserve your energy for those who can contribute to your well being.
  3. Dance when no one is watching – Do your dirty dancing, dance in supermarket aisles, sway in the street like its nobody else’s business, it is the pandemic no one cares if you go a bit crazy.
  4. Sing in the shower – Music is food for the soul, sing to the beat of your own drums, Believe it or not, singing can increase the immune system and Is a natural anti-depressant.
  5. Break the routine, do something new – Learn a new language, do a you tube tutorial, share your expertise with others, write your blog, do volunteer work , find a small business to support!
  6. Exercise – whether its weight training, running, HIIT or yoga. Just move ! Get those Serotonin & Endorphins going. Its proven science and it truly works
  7. SMILE – Relieves stress and lowers your blood pleasure, bonus is, it rubs into others!
  8. Grow your network – Meet new people. Connect and be interested. Be interesting!
  9. Be with Family – Stay with family or friends you chose and regard as family.  

Rest and master the art of doing Nothing. Enjoy the stillness and empty your mind of your to-do list. Do what you love. Every.Single.Day.
